To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, A2Salon provides a grace period of up to 15 minutes, depending on the scheduled service.
If you arrive within the applicable grace period, we will do our best to provide your service as booked. However, the service may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on remaining time and availability, as we must consider the impact on other scheduled clients.
Arrivals after the grace period will be considered a no-show. If the service cannot be performed due to late arrival, the appointment will be cancelled and the no-show fee will apply.
Advance Notice
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $35 AUD.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice, or who arrive after the grace period and cannot be accommodated, will be charged 50% of the booked service value.
