A2salon's grace period policy allows clients to arrive 5 to 15 minutes late, depending on the duration of the service, without major disruptions. If you arrive within this timeframe, we will strive to provide the full service. For delays exceeding this period, rescheduling or a reduced service may be necessary. Please note that if you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel without adequate notice, a no-show fee may be applied.
[Advance Notice]: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges.
[Late Cancellations]: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $35 AUD.
[No-Shows]: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the half appointment fee.
