Booking & Cancellation Policy

Grace Period: A window of up to 15 minutes applies, subject to service duration. Arrivals within this period may receive modified or shortened services. Arrivals exceeding this limit are categorized as a no-show.

Standard: Changes or cancellations require 24 hours' notice (complimentary).

Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $35 AUD charge.

No-Show / Late Arrival: Cancellations due to late arrival or failure to attend will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service value.
